Payroll Services

Schema Generator for Payroll Services

A tool that builds JSON-LD for a payroll page and refuses to emit a type when required fields are missing. You paste the output where you need it.

The phrases payroll clients actually type

Payroll owners talk about bureau services, RTI submissions and auto enrolment duties. Clients do not. They type things like how much does payroll cost for a small business, do I need to run payroll if I have no employees, or can my accountant do payroll for me. They search by situation and by worry, not by trade term. The schema tool does not find these phrases for you. It structures the page you have already written around them, so the page states clearly what it covers and who it is for.

A worked example

Say a payroll business writes a post called Do I Need to Run Payroll If I Have No Employees. The post answers the question, names the exceptions, and links to a page about setting up as an employer. The schema generator takes that page and builds the JSON-LD for it. If the required fields for the chosen type are not filled in, it will not emit that type. It tells you what is missing instead. You then paste the finished block into the page yourself. The tool does not publish it and does not add schema to live posts on its own yet.

What local intent means for payroll

Payroll is often chosen by proximity. A business owner wants someone they can call, and often someone who knows the local rules and the local job market. That shows up in searches with a town or a region attached, and in searches for payroll help near me. For a payroll business this means the pages that matter are usually tied to a place, and the schema should describe the business and the area it serves accurately. Do not mark up a location you do not serve. The generator will not invent one for you, and you should not add one by hand.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want schema added to posts automatically. It does not do that yet. It is a tool you paste the output from. It is also not right if you want someone to write the page for you, because it only structures a page that already exists. And it is not right if you are looking for a guarantee about rankings, positions or traffic. We do not control search engines and we do not promise any of those.
