Content Calendar for Physical Therapists

A content calendar tells you what gets published and when. For a physical therapy clinic, the useful version is built from what patients type into Google, not from what the clinic calls its own services.

The phrases patients search, not the phrases the trade uses

Clinics describe their work as outpatient orthopedics, manual therapy or vestibular rehabilitation. Patients rarely type any of that. They type things like knee hurts going down stairs, back pain after sitting all day, or how long does a sprained ankle take to heal. They search by body part, by symptom and by the thing they want to get back to doing. HaloSEO researches those phrases from your website and the market around it, then builds the plan from that research. Nobody has to sit down and fill in a spreadsheet of ideas.

A worked example

Say the research shows people near you search for shoulder pain when lifting overhead. The calendar would hold a post on that subject, written in plain language, covering what the pain often means and when to get it looked at. It would link to your booking page and to a related post on rotator cuff problems. The post is written, published and linked without you writing a brief. If you would rather run a post on lower back pain first, you can push that subject to the front and the rest of the plan moves around it.

What local intent means for a physical therapy clinic

Most patients want someone they can get to. They search with a suburb, a town or a landmark in the query, and often with a qualifier like near me, or with a health fund or a referral in mind. That changes what a post needs to say. A post aimed at local intent should name the area you serve and make the first step obvious, whether that is a phone number, a booking link or a note about referrals. It should also answer the question the person actually asked, because a page that only repeats the town name does not help anyone.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for a clinic that wants to approve every word before it goes live, or one that needs a person to plan each post by hand. It is not right for a practice with no website, or one whose services change too often for a plan to hold. It is also not right if you are looking for a guarantee about where you will appear on Google. We do not control search engines and we do not promise a position, a traffic number or a date.
