Post Construction Cleaning
Schema Generator for Post Construction Cleaning
This tool builds the JSON-LD for a page and refuses to emit a type whose required fields are missing. You paste the output where you need it.
The phrases your customers search
People who need a site cleaned after a build do not use trade words. They search things like builder clean up, cleaning after renovation, dust removal after building work, or who cleans a house after builders leave. They search by the mess and the moment, not by the service name. A page built around post construction cleaning as a phrase may miss the person typing renovation clean up near me. The schema tool does not pick these phrases for you. It marks up the page you have written, so the words on the page still have to match how people search.
A worked example
Say a cleaning firm writes a post called How to Get Builder Dust Out of a New Kitchen. The post covers where dust settles, what to wipe first, and when to call a professional. The schema generator takes that page and builds JSON-LD for it. If the page is marked as an article and the required fields are there, it emits the markup. If a required field is missing, it refuses and tells you what is absent. You then paste the output into the page yourself. The tool does not add schema to published posts automatically yet.
What local intent means here
Post construction cleaning is almost always local. The customer wants someone who can reach the site, often on short notice, and often before a handover or a move in date. That means the searches carry a place: a suburb, a town, a postcode. A page that talks about cleaning after a build without naming where you work gives a search engine little to match against a local query. The schema tool helps you describe the page clearly. It does not create local pages for you, and it does not promise that a local query will find you.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want schema added to posts you have already published without touching them. It does not do that yet. It is a tool you paste the output from. It is also not right for you if you want the tool to write the page, choose the keywords, or decide which schema type fits your business. It builds the JSON-LD and checks required fields. The writing and the decisions stay with you. And if you are looking for a guarantee about where the page will rank, no tool here offers that.
