Schema Generator for PR Agencies

A tool that builds the JSON-LD for a page and refuses to emit a type whose required fields are missing. You paste the output where you need it.

The phrases your clients actually type

PR agencies tend to describe themselves with words their buyers do not use. The trade says media relations, reputation management, thought leadership. The person searching often types something plainer. They look for a PR firm near me, someone to get my business in the news, help with a press release, or a small agency that handles crisis comms. They search by city and by problem. They search for the name of a publication they want to be in. Build your pages around those phrases, not the ones you use on a pitch deck.

A worked example

Say you run an agency in Leeds and you want a page for local businesses that need press coverage. The post could be titled How to get your Leeds business into the local press. It would cover what a local journalist needs, the difference between a story and an advert, and a short checklist before you send a release. The schema generator would build the JSON-LD for that page. If you pick an Article type and leave out the headline or the author, it will not emit the markup. It tells you what is missing instead of shipping a broken block.

What local intent means here

For a PR agency, local intent is rarely a single city search. It is a mix. Some people want an agency they can meet in person. Some want coverage in a named regional outlet. Some are a local business owner who has never hired PR and does not know what it costs. Each of those is a different page with different words. The schema you add should match the page you wrote, so a page about regional press coverage describes regional press coverage and nothing wider.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want schema added to your published posts automatically. It does not do that yet. It is a tool you paste the output from, so someone has to take that step. It is also not right if you expect it to write the page for you, or to fix a page that has no clear subject. And it is not a shortcut to rankings. We do not control search engines and we make no promise about position, traffic or timing.
