Exhibit A
Private Investigators work in Norfolk
Norfolk's private investigator work is spread across a wide county rather than concentrated in one city centre. The searches come from Norwich, from the towns along the coast and from the Broads villages, and they are usually typed by someone with a specific problem: a missing person, a debtor, a partner they want followed, a document that needs serving. The firms doing this work are mostly small owner operator practices, often one or two people covering a large rural patch, with a handful of larger agencies taking the corporate and insurance instructions. That means the search demand is fragmented by place. A person in King's Lynn searching for a private investigator is not the same search as someone in Norwich, and a page that names the town they are in speaks to them more directly than a county wide page does. The volume of searches is modest compared with consumer trades, but the value of a single instruction is high, so a small number of well placed pages can matter a great deal to a practice of any size.
