SEO Dashboard for Private Schools

HaloSEO connects to your website, researches the keywords, writes and publishes the posts, links them up and builds the backlinks. The dashboard shows what was published, where it ranks, and whether the blog is on its cadence.

The phrases your families actually type

Parents do not search the way the sector talks. They do not type independent school admissions strategy. They type things like private school near me, fee paying school in [town], how much are school fees, prep school vs state school, or when do I apply for reception. They search by year group, by entrance exam, by bursary, by wrap around care. HaloSEO researches those phrases for your area and your age range, then writes posts that answer them in plain words. The trade language can stay on your prospectus.

A worked example

Say you run a prep school and the research finds parents asking about the 11 plus timeline. HaloSEO would publish a post titled something like What the 11 plus timeline looks like for families in your area. It would set out the usual stages, explain what parents should ask schools and when, and link to your admissions page and your open day page. It would then link that post from related pages on your site and build backlinks to it. The dashboard shows the post was published, where it ranks, and whether it landed on the day it was due.

What local intent means for a school

For a private school, local intent is most of the search. A parent will not travel past three schools to reach yours unless something specific pulls them. So the phrases that matter carry a place in them: the town, the borough, the nearest station, the catchment parents think in. HaloSEO builds posts around those place led phrases and around the questions that come with them, such as school run routes, bus services and open day dates. That is different from a national chain, where one page can serve the whole country.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want a tool where you queue up work and approve each draft. The dashboard is a read only view of work already done, not a place to plan or assign it. It is also not right if you need a guaranteed position on Google or a promised date for results. We do not control search engines and we will not claim a ranking we have not measured. And if your school has no blog and no plan to have one, there is nothing here for the dashboard to show.
