Private Schools
WordPress Integration for Private Schools
HaloSEO connects to your WordPress site once and publishes finished posts to it. The posts go out as normal posts, in your own theme, on your own domain.
The words parents use, not the words the sector uses
Parents do not search for enrolment funnel or admissions journey. They type things like private school near me, fee paying school in [town], small class sizes primary school, school with a waiting list, or prep school for September entry. They search by year group, by faith, by whether there is a bus route, and by what happens if a place is full. HaloSEO researches those phrases for your area and your age range, then writes posts around them. The trade language stays out of the copy.
A worked example
Say you run a prep school on the edge of a market town. A post might be titled What to expect at a reception year taster morning. It would walk a parent through the visit, who they meet, what the children do, what to bring, and how to ask about a place for the following September. It would link to your admissions page and to your term dates. It would sit in your theme, on your domain, as a normal post you can edit or delete.
What local intent means for a school
For a private school, local intent is rarely just a town name. It is a catchment. Parents search from the villages along the bus route, from the next town over, and from postcodes near a train line into the city. They compare two or three schools within a short drive. So the useful posts answer questions tied to those places: which villages the coach covers, how long the morning drop off takes from a given side of town, what the walk from the station is like. HaloSEO builds posts around those place led questions rather than one generic page about the area.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for a school that wants HaloSEO to host the blog. It does not. It is not right for a school that expects a plugin to install and maintain, because there is no plugin. It is not right for a school that wants its whole WordPress site rebuilt or restyled, because it changes nothing else on the site. And it is not right for anyone who wants a guaranteed position on Google or a date by which rankings will move. We do not control search engines and we do not promise a ranking, a traffic number or a timeframe.
