Property Management
Automatic Indexing for Property Management
New posts on your site should be found without you filing anything. HaloSEO keeps a sitemap on your own domain up to date and points robots.txt at it, so search engines can pick up new pages as they go live.
The phrases your customers type
Property managers often write for other property managers. Tenants and landlords do not search that way. They type things like flats to rent near the station, who fixes the boiler in a rented flat, how much is a deposit for a flat, or letting agent fees explained. They search by problem and by place, not by trade vocabulary. HaloSEO researches those phrases and writes posts around them, so the words on your site match the words people actually use.
A worked example
Say you manage blocks in a city with two universities. A post could be titled What students should check before signing a tenancy. It would cover deposit protection, guarantors, joint and several liability, and who to call when the heating fails. It would name your area and link to your tenant FAQ and your contact page. That is one post. HaloSEO would research the phrases behind it, write it, publish it, link it to related pages, and build backlinks to it.
What local intent means here
In property management, local intent is rarely a broad search. It is a street, a postcode, a station or a school. Someone wants a two bed near a particular primary school, or a landlord wants to know the going rate for a flat in one neighbourhood. Posts that name those places and answer those questions give search engines something specific to match. HaloSEO writes with that local detail in mind, and the sitemap on your domain helps new posts get found as they publish.
How the indexing works
HaloSEO keeps a sitemap on your own domain updated as posts go live. Your robots.txt points at that sitemap. That is the whole mechanism. We do not ping Google, we do not use IndexNow, and we do not submit URLs to Search Console. Search engines still decide what to crawl and when. We make the pages easy to find. We cannot promise a ranking, a position, a traffic number or a date.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want guaranteed rankings or a fixed timeline. We do not control search engines and will not pretend to. It is not right if you need URLs pushed to Search Console or pinged to Google, because we do not do that. It is not right if you want a one off batch of articles rather than an ongoing publishing system. And it is not right if you cannot connect your own website, since the sitemap has to live on your domain.
