Webflow Integration for Property Management

HaloSEO connects to your Webflow site once and publishes finished posts to it, in your own theme and on your own domain. This page explains what that means for a property management business.

The phrases your customers search

Property management customers do not search the way the trade talks. They search things like flats to rent near me, who do I call about a leaking radiator, how much is a deposit for a flat, letting agent fees explained, and how to report a repair to my landlord. Owners search different things again, such as what does a letting agent charge to manage a flat and is my rental income taxable. HaloSEO researches the words people actually type, not the words the industry uses on its own website, and writes posts around those.

A worked example

Say the research shows people search for how to report a repair to my landlord. HaloSEO writes a post that answers that question plainly, step by step, in the voice of your business. It publishes to your Webflow site as a normal post, in your theme, on your domain. It then links that post from and to other pages on the site, so the repair post sits next to your tenant pages and your contact page. Nothing else on the Webflow site changes.

What local intent means here

Property management is local by nature. A tenant in one town will not use an agent two counties away, and an owner with a flat on one street wants someone who knows that street. Local intent shows up in searches with a place in them, such as letting agent plus the town name, or flats to rent plus the area. It also shows up in searches with no place at all, where the search engine works out where the person is. Posts that name the areas you cover, the streets you know and the questions local tenants ask give the search engines something to match against.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want a blog hosted for you. HaloSEO publishes to your Webflow site, it does not host anything. It is not right for you if you want a plugin to install and maintain, because there is no plugin. It is not right for you if you want changes made elsewhere on your Webflow site, because it only adds posts. And it is not right for you if you need a promised ranking, a traffic number or a date, because we do not control search engines and will not promise one.
