Automatic Indexing for Real Estate Investors
New posts on your site should be found without you submitting anything. HaloSEO keeps a sitemap on your own domain up to date and points robots.txt at it.
The phrases your buyers and sellers actually type
Real estate investors search in plain language, not trade language. They type things like sell my house fast, we buy houses, cash buyer for my property, stop foreclosure, sell a rental with tenants, or how to sell an inherited house. They search by area too, such as cash house buyer in a named town or sell my flat quickly near me. HaloSEO researches the phrases your customers use and writes posts around them, rather than the jargon the trade uses with itself.
A worked example
Say you buy properties in a specific town. HaloSEO could publish a post titled What a cash offer on a house in that town actually means. It would explain the steps, what you look at when you value a property, what fees a seller avoids, and what happens after an offer is accepted. It would answer the questions people ask before they call. The post goes live on your site, the sitemap updates, and robots.txt already points at it.
What local intent means for you
For a real estate investor, local intent is most of the intent. A seller in one town will not call a buyer two counties away. So the posts need to name the areas you actually buy in, and answer questions that only make sense there, such as what a particular street or postcode area is like to sell in. HaloSEO writes posts around those local phrases and links them together, so a reader who lands on one page can find the others.
How the indexing works
HaloSEO keeps a sitemap on your own domain updated as posts go live. Your robots.txt points at that sitemap. That is the whole mechanism. New posts are found without anybody submitting them. To be clear about what this is not: HaloSEO does not ping Google, does not use IndexNow, and does not submit URLs to Search Console. We do not control search engines, so we make no promise about when or whether a page is indexed or where it ranks.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want guaranteed rankings, a set position, or a date by which traffic will rise. We do not offer that and cannot. It is not right for you if you need URLs pushed to Search Console or pinged to Google, because HaloSEO does not do either. It is also not right for you if you want a one off batch of articles rather than an ongoing publishing system, or if you are not willing to have posts published on your own domain.
