Real Estate Investors
Multi-location SEO for Real Estate Investors
If you invest in more than one town, each town needs its own pages, its own keywords and its own local wording. HaloSEO runs that publishing for every location you work in.
The phrases your customers actually search
Real estate investors often write for other investors. Your customers do not search the way the trade talks. They search things like sell my house fast in [town], cash buyer for my house, we buy houses [town], stop foreclosure [town], sell inherited house [town], or sell a rental with tenants in place. They add the town name, the neighbourhood and sometimes the problem they are in. HaloSEO researches the words people in each location actually type, then writes posts around those words. It does not reuse the jargon of the trade.
A worked example
Say you buy houses in three towns. For one of them, HaloSEO might publish a post titled: Sell a house with tenants in [town]: what a cash buyer needs from you. The post would cover the questions a landlord in that town asks, such as what happens to the tenancy, how the price is set when a tenant is in place, and what paperwork the seller signs. It would use the local wording people in that town use, and it would link to your other posts for the same town and to your contact page. The other two towns get their own posts, written for their own searches. None of them is a copy of this one with the town name swapped.
What local intent means for real estate investors
Local intent here is not just a town name in a title. It is the reason someone in that town is selling. One town may have a large number of older owners who want to downsize. Another may have a rental market where landlords want out. Another may have a flood or storm history that shapes what sellers ask about. The searches differ because the situations differ. HaloSEO builds a separate keyword set for each location and writes for the concerns that show up there, so a page for one town does not read like a page for another.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you work in one town only and have no plans to add another. It is not right for you if you want a single article turned into many town pages by swapping the place name. HaloSEO does not do that, and duplicate pages per town from one article are not something it creates. It is also not right for you if you need a guaranteed position on Google or a fixed date for results. We do not control search engines and we do not promise rankings, traffic numbers or timeframes.
