WordPress Integration for Real Estate Investors
HaloSEO connects to your WordPress site once, then writes and publishes finished posts to it. The posts go out as normal posts, in your own theme, on your own domain.
How the connection works
You connect your WordPress site to HaloSEO once. After that, HaloSEO publishes each finished post to your site as a normal post. The post uses your theme and sits on your domain. HaloSEO does not host your blog. You do not need to install or maintain a plugin. HaloSEO does not change anything else on your WordPress site.
The phrases real estate investors actually search
Investors do not search the way the trade talks. Few people type cash on cash return calculator into Google unless they already know the term. They type things like how much do I need to buy a rental property, is a duplex a good first investment, or how do I find off market deals. They search by town and by goal. They ask whether a neighbourhood is worth buying in, what rent a house might get, and how to spot a bad flip. HaloSEO researches the phrases your buyers and sellers actually type, then writes posts around those phrases. It does not write for the words only other investors use at a meetup.
A worked example
Say you invest in single family rentals in a mid sized city. HaloSEO might publish a post titled How to Work Out What Rent a House Will Get Before You Buy It. The post would walk through the questions a new landlord asks. What do similar homes nearby rent for. What costs come out of the rent. What a vacancy month does to the year. It would use plain language, link to your other posts on the same topic, and sit on your domain under your theme. It would not promise a return or a number. It would help a reader who is close to calling you.
What local intent means for real estate investors
Property is local. A post about rental yields in one city means little to a reader in another. Local intent for an investor means searches tied to a place. Best areas to buy a rental in a named town. What a duplex costs near a named suburb. Which streets flood. Where the new employers are going. HaloSEO can build posts around those place based phrases so the site speaks to people searching in your market, not to a national audience with no reason to call you.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want a blog hosted for you. HaloSEO publishes to your own WordPress site and does not host it. It is not right if you want to keep a plugin updated, because there is no plugin to keep. It is not right if you expect a ranking, a position or a traffic number by a set date. We do not control search engines and we do not promise those. It is not right if you want a writer to hand you drafts to edit. HaloSEO publishes finished posts. And it is not right if you want a tool that changes other parts of your site. It only adds posts.
