Real Estate work in Garden Grove
Garden Grove is a built out city of roughly 170,000 people, and its housing stock is mostly single family homes and small apartment buildings from the 1950s through the 1970s. Real estate searches here come from people moving within the city, from families trading up between tracts, and from buyers priced out of neighbouring Anaheim and Westminster. The competing firms are a mix of small owner run brokerages, a few franchise offices along Brookhurst Street and Garden Grove Boulevard, and independent agents who work the Vietnamese and Korean speaking parts of the market. Paid search in the city is modest compared with the larger Orange County markets, which leaves room for organic pages to carry a steady share of the demand.
