Wix Integration for Real Estate
HaloSEO connects to your Wix site once and publishes finished posts to it. The posts go out as normal posts, in your theme, on your domain.
The phrases buyers and sellers actually type
People looking for a home do not search for the words the trade uses. They type things like houses for sale near me, how much is my house worth, what are the schools like in this area, and is this neighbourhood good for families. A seller types how long will my house take to sell. A first time buyer types how much deposit do I need. HaloSEO researches these phrases, the ones real people use, and writes posts around them. It does not build the plan around internal jargon like listing velocity or absorption rate.
A worked example
Say you are an agent covering a town with a few nearby villages. HaloSEO might publish a post titled What buyers ask about living in that town. The post would cover commute times, local schools, the high street, parks, and what the different streets are like. It would answer the questions people actually type before they book a viewing. It would be written in plain English, published to your Wix site as a normal post, in your theme, on your domain. You can edit it afterwards like any other post.
What local intent means here
In Real Estate, almost every search has a place attached to it. People do not search for houses in the abstract. They search for a street, a village, a postcode or a school catchment. That means the useful posts are the ones tied to a place, and the ones that answer a question about that place. A post about a whole county is weaker than a post about one town. HaloSEO writes posts around those place based phrases so the site has pages that match what people nearby are looking for.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want a blog hosted somewhere else and pointed at your site. HaloSEO publishes to your Wix site, not to a separate platform. It is not right if you want a plugin to install and manage, because there is no plugin. It is not right if you expect a ranking, a position or a traffic number by a set date, because we do not control search engines and we will not promise that. And it is not right if you want to hand over the writing and never look at it again. The posts are yours to edit.
