Recruiters
Keyword Research for Recruiters
Recruiters get found by the words their candidates and clients type, not the words the trade uses. HaloSEO finds those phrases and turns them into posts.
The phrases your customers search, not the ones the trade uses
Recruiters talk about headhunting, talent pipelines and contingent placement. Most people looking for a recruiter do not. They type things like find me a job in warehouse work, or how much does a recruiter charge an employer. HaloSEO connects to your website and finds the phrases that already earn traffic in your market and that you have no page for. It hands those phrases to the planner as subjects. You do not search a database for them. The output is the publishing plan, not a report.
A worked example
Say you place people in care work in one city. HaloSEO might find that people search for how to get a care job with no experience. You have no page on that. The planner turns it into a post that explains what employers look for, what training helps and how to apply through you. The post goes out on your site, gets linked to your other pages, and the backlinks get built. That is the whole loop. We do not promise where it ranks or when.
What local intent means for recruiters
For a recruiter, local intent is most of the job. People search for work near them and employers search for help hiring near them. A phrase like forklift jobs in a named town is a person ready to apply. A phrase like recruitment agency for a named town is an employer ready to talk. HaloSEO treats those as separate subjects, because they need separate pages. One page trying to catch both will serve neither well.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want a keyword tool to search in yourself. HaloSEO is not that. It is also not right if you want a report to hand to someone else, because the output is the publishing plan. And it is not right if you need a guaranteed position on Google or a date for results. We do not control search engines and we will not pretend to.
