Remodelling Contractors
Schema Generator for Remodelling Contractors
A tool that builds the JSON-LD for a page and refuses to emit a type whose required fields are missing. You paste the output where you need it.
The phrases your customers search
People looking for a remodelling contractor rarely search the words the trade uses. They search what is in front of them. They type kitchen remodel cost, how long does a bathroom remodel take, or contractor for a loft conversion near me. They search by room, by budget and by worry. They do not search general contracting services or turnkey renovation solutions. The schema you build should describe the page in the language of the person who lands on it, because that is the page that earns the click.
A worked example
Say you write a post called What a Kitchen Remodel Costs and What Changes the Price. The tool builds the JSON-LD for that page. It marks the page as an article, names the business as the author, and sets the headline and description from the page itself. If a required field is missing, it refuses to emit the type and tells you what is missing. You then paste the finished block into the page. It does not add schema to published posts on its own yet.
What local intent means here
For a remodelling contractor, local intent is most of the intent. A homeowner in a named town wants a contractor who can reach the house, knows the local rules and has worked in the area. So the pages that matter carry place names, service areas and the kind of work done in those places. Schema helps a search engine read those pages as a local business with a service area, not as a generic article. That is the job. It does not promise a map pack position or a ranking.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want schema added to your published posts automatically. It does not do that yet. It is a tool you paste the output from. It is also not right for you if you want a guarantee of a ranking, a position or a traffic number. We do not control search engines and we will not claim a result we have not measured. And if you have no pages worth marking up, fix that first.
