Restaurants work in Fairfield
Fairfield is a busy eating city. The restaurant trade here runs from the strip along the Horsley Drive corridor through to the smaller dining rooms around Ware Street and the Fairfield Forum precinct, and the searches follow the same shape. People look for a cuisine, a suburb and a night out, often on a phone, often within an hour of eating. Paid search in this trade is fought over by the larger franchise groups and by delivery platforms bidding on cuisine terms, while owner operators pick up the long tail of suburb and dish searches. That long tail is where a single venue can hold its own, and it is where steady publishing does the most work.
