Squarespace Integration for Restaurants
HaloSEO connects to your Squarespace site once and publishes finished posts to it. The posts go out as normal posts, in your own theme, on your own domain.
The words your customers type
Restaurant owners often describe their food the way the trade does. Customers do not search that way. They type things like places to eat near me, best pizza in town, dog friendly cafe, open late food, or where to take a group of eight. They search by dish, by area, by occasion and by diet. HaloSEO researches the phrases real diners use in your area, then writes posts around them. The gap between how you talk about your menu and how people search for it is where most restaurant sites lose traffic.
A worked example
Say you run a small Italian place in a town with a busy weekend market. HaloSEO might write a post titled where to eat near the Saturday market, covering your opening hours, your walk in tables, and the dishes that suit a quick lunch. The post goes to your Squarespace site as a normal post, in your theme, on your domain. It links to your menu page and your contact page. Nothing else on the site changes. You can edit or delete the post like any other.
What local intent means for a restaurant
For a restaurant, almost every search has a place attached to it. People search from a phone, often within walking distance, often within the hour. They want opening times, a map, a menu, and a sense of whether they will get a table. A post that ignores location misses the point. HaloSEO writes with the area in mind, because the searcher already has it in mind. Local intent also means the same dish searched in two towns is two different jobs, and the writing should reflect that.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you do not have a Squarespace site, because the integration only publishes to Squarespace. It is not right if you want a blog hosted somewhere else, since HaloSEO does not host it. It is not right if you expect a ranking, a position or a traffic number by a set date, because we do not control search engines and we will not promise one. It is not right if you want a writer to hand you drafts to edit, because this publishes finished posts. And it is not right if you want changes made to the rest of your site, because it does not touch anything else.
