WordPress Integration for SaaS

HaloSEO connects to your WordPress site once and publishes finished posts to it. The posts run in your own theme, on your own domain, as normal WordPress posts.

How the connection works

You connect your WordPress site to HaloSEO once. After that, HaloSEO publishes each finished post to the site as a normal post. The post uses the site's own theme and sits on the site's own domain. There is no plugin to install and no plugin to keep up to date. HaloSEO does not host the blog for you, and it does not change anything else on your WordPress site.

The phrases SaaS buyers actually type

SaaS teams often write for the words the trade uses. Buyers type something else. They type questions like how to stop paying for software we do not use, or what is the difference between a free plan and a trial. They type the name of the job, not the name of the category. HaloSEO researches those phrases and writes posts around them, so the post answers the question a buyer is already asking. The post then goes to your WordPress site like any other post.

A worked example

Say you sell a tool that tracks software subscriptions for finance teams. A post could be titled How to find software your team pays for but no longer uses. It would explain how to pull the list from a card statement, how to check who still logs in, and what to do before you cancel. It would name the job the reader has, not the product. HaloSEO would publish it to your WordPress site in your theme, on your domain, as a normal post.

What local intent means for SaaS

Most SaaS products are sold online, so local intent looks different. A buyer may search for a tool that meets a rule in their country, or one that handles tax in their region, or one with support in their time zone. Those searches carry a place even when the product does not. A post can answer the place based question directly. HaloSEO writes the post and publishes it to your WordPress site. It does not promise a ranking for any of these searches.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want HaloSEO to host your blog. It does not. It is not right for you if you need a plugin inside WordPress, because there is none. It is not right for you if you want a tool that edits the rest of your WordPress site, because it only adds posts. And it is not right for you if you need a promised ranking, a traffic number or a date. We do not control search engines and we will not claim one.
