Staffing Agencies

WordPress Integration for Staffing Agencies

HaloSEO connects to your WordPress site once and publishes finished posts to it. The posts go out as normal posts, in your own theme, on your own domain.

How the connection works

You connect your WordPress site to HaloSEO once. After that, HaloSEO publishes each finished post to your site as a normal post. The post uses your theme and sits on your domain. There is no plugin to install or keep up to date. HaloSEO does not host your blog, and it does not change anything else on your WordPress site.

The phrases your candidates and clients actually type

Staffing agencies often write for the trade. Candidates and clients do not search that way. A hiring manager types "temp agency near me" or "agency for warehouse staff". A candidate types "jobs in [town] no experience" or "how to get work through an agency". HaloSEO researches the phrases people actually search, then writes posts around them. That means the words on the page match the words in the search box, not the words on a trade body leaflet.

A worked example

Say you place warehouse and logistics staff in a mid sized town. HaloSEO might publish a post titled "How to get warehouse work through an agency in [town]". The post would explain what the roles involve, what shifts look like, what paperwork a candidate needs, and how the sign up process works. It would answer the questions a candidate asks on the phone. It would link to your own vacancies page and to a related post on interview preparation. It would publish to your WordPress site as a normal post, in your theme.

What local intent means for a staffing agency

For a staffing agency, local intent is most of the game. A client wants cover in a town they can reach. A candidate wants work they can get to on a bus. So the searches carry a place name, or the searcher is standing in that place. Posts need to name the towns and the travel links you actually cover. A page about "warehouse jobs" with no place in it competes with national job boards. A page about warehouse work in the towns you serve speaks to the person searching from there.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want a blog hosted for you. HaloSEO publishes to your own WordPress site and does not host anything. It is not right for you if you need a plugin, because there is not one. It is not right for you if you want a tool that rewrites pages across your site, because it only adds posts and leaves the rest of the site alone. And it is not right for you if you need a promised ranking or a date. We do not control search engines and we will not promise a position.
