Surveyors

Schema Generator for Surveyors

A tool that builds JSON-LD for a page and refuses to emit a type whose required fields are missing. You paste the output where you need it.

The phrases your customers type, not the ones the trade uses

Surveyors talk about RICS condition reports, schedules of dilapidations and party wall matters. Most people searching do not. They type things like house survey near me, is a survey worth it when buying a house, or what does a building surveyor do. A homeowner with a cracked wall types crack in my wall who do I call. A buyer types how long does a survey take. The tool helps you build schema for pages written around those phrases, so the page and its structured data describe the same thing in the same words. Start from the questions people ask, then write the page, then generate the markup for it.

A worked example for a surveyor's business

Say you write a post called What a HomeBuyer Report Covers and When You Need One. The page answers plain questions: what the report checks, what it leaves out, how it differs from a full building survey, and what to do if the report flags something. You paste that page into the tool and it builds the JSON-LD for it. If you pick a type that needs fields you have not supplied, it will not emit the markup. It tells you what is missing instead. You then paste the finished JSON-LD into the page yourself. The tool does not add schema to published posts automatically yet.

What local intent means for surveyors

A survey is tied to a property, and the property is tied to a place. People search with a town or a postcode attached: chartered surveyor in Chester, building survey near me, party wall surveyor for my street. Local intent here is not just a location page. It is the area you cover, the property types common there, and the questions that come up in that housing stock. A page about period homes in one town is a different page from one about new builds in another. Schema helps a search engine read which place and which service a page is about. It does not decide where you rank.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want schema added to posts you have already published without touching them. It does not do that yet. It is a tool you paste the output from, so someone has to take that step. It is also not right if you want a writer to produce the pages for you, because this tool only builds the markup. And it is not right if you are looking for a guaranteed position on Google. We do not control search engines and we will not promise a ranking, a traffic number or a date.
