Tax Preparers
Automatic Indexing for Tax Preparers
New posts on your site should be found without you submitting anything. HaloSEO keeps a sitemap on your own domain updated as posts go live, with robots.txt pointing at it.
The phrases your clients type, not the ones the trade uses
Tax preparers talk about filing season, extensions and amended returns. Clients type other things. They type how much does it cost to file my taxes, where can I get my taxes done near me, do I need to bring my W2, and can I file if I worked two jobs. They type questions about refunds and deadlines, often on a phone, often in a hurry. HaloSEO researches those phrases and writes posts around them, so your site answers the question the client actually asked. The trade vocabulary still matters, but it is not what brings people to your page.
A worked example
Say the research shows people searching for what to bring to a tax appointment. HaloSEO writes a post titled What to Bring to Your Tax Appointment, with a short checklist: photo ID, Social Security cards, W2s, last year's return, and records for any deductions. It publishes the post on your site, links it from a related page such as your services or pricing page, and adds it to the sitemap. The sitemap on your domain updates as the post goes live, and robots.txt points at it. Nobody has to submit the URL anywhere.
What local intent means for a tax preparer
Most tax searches carry a place. People search for a tax preparer in their town, near their home, or open right now on a Saturday. That means your posts should name the areas you serve and the practical details people check before they call: office hours, whether you take walk ins, what documents to bring, and how an extension works. A post about the general tax code will not help someone choosing between two offices on the same street. A post that answers a local question can.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want guaranteed rankings, a set position or a promised date. We do not control search engines and we will not claim otherwise. It is not right for you if you want URLs pushed to Google through pinging, IndexNow or Search Console submission. HaloSEO does none of those. It is also not right for a firm with no website, or one that cannot publish new pages. And if you want a writer you direct post by post, this is a publishing platform, not a writing tool.
