What local intent means here
For urgent care, local intent is most of the intent. Someone with a cut hand is not going to travel across a city. How the indexing works
HaloSEO keeps a sitemap on your own domain. As each post goes live, the sitemap is updated, and your robots.txt points at it. That gives search engines a clear path to find new posts without anybody submitting them by hand. We do not ping Google, we do not use IndexNow, and we do not submit URLs to Search Console. We cannot promise a ranking, a position, a traffic number or a date. We do not control search engines.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want a guarantee of a ranking or a date. We do not offer that. It is not right if you need URLs pushed to Search Console or IndexNow, because we do not do that. It is not right if you want to approve every word before it goes live, or if your clinic has no website of its own to publish to.
