Vacation Rentals
WordPress Integration for Vacation Rentals
HaloSEO connects to your WordPress site once and publishes finished posts to it. The posts go out as normal posts, in your own theme, on your own domain.
How the connection works
You connect your WordPress site to HaloSEO one time. After that, HaloSEO publishes each finished post to your site as a normal post. The post uses your theme and sits on your domain. HaloSEO does not host the blog for you. You do not need a plugin, so there is nothing to keep updated. HaloSEO does not change anything else on your WordPress site.
The phrases your guests search
Guests do not search the way the trade talks. They do not look for a vacation rental unit with a two night minimum. They search for a cottage near the beach that sleeps six, or a cabin with a hot tub and a dog friendly garden. They add the town, the season and the group. They ask whether parking is included or how far the walk to the centre is. Write for those searches. The trade words can stay on your booking page.
A worked example
Say you let a two bedroom cottage in a coastal town. A post could be titled Where to Walk Your Dog Near the Harbour. It would cover the beach rules, the paths that allow dogs, the pubs that take dogs, and the months when the rules change. It would link to your cottage page and to your booking page. It would answer a question a guest with a dog asks before they book. It would not promise a ranking. It gives the guest a useful answer on your own site.
What local intent means here
For vacation rentals, local intent is most of the search. A guest picks a place to stay by picking a place. They search by town, by beach, by station or by landmark, and they add what they need: a group size, a date, a pet, a parking space. A post that names the town and answers a real question about it can match that search. A post about rentals in general will not. Local intent also means the answer changes by season, so the posts should too.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want HaloSEO to host your blog. It does not. It is not right for you if you need a plugin, because there is not one. It is not right for you if you want the tool to edit your existing pages, your booking engine or your theme, because it only adds posts. It is not right for you if you need a promised ranking or a date, because nobody can promise that. And it is not right for you if you have no WordPress site to connect.
