Video Production
Automatic Indexing for Video Production
HaloSEO keeps a sitemap on your own domain up to date as each post goes live, with robots.txt pointing at it. New posts get found without you submitting anything by hand.
The phrases your customers type
People who need video do not search the way the trade talks. They do not type showreel or corporate video production house. They type how much does a promo video cost, who can film an event in my town, or videographer near me for a wedding. They type can someone edit my phone footage. They type how long does a video take to make. HaloSEO researches the words your buyers actually use, then writes posts around those words. The trade language can sit inside the post. The title and the headings use the language of the person paying.
A worked example
Say you run a small video production company. HaloSEO might publish a post titled What a Corporate Interview Video Costs and What Changes the Price. The post walks through the things that move a quote: number of camera operators, location, lighting, how many people are on camera, how much editing and graphics are needed, and how many rounds of changes are included. It ends with a clear next step, which is to send the brief and get a quote. The post links to your contact page and to a related post on planning a shoot day. Nothing in it promises a price we cannot know. It answers the question the buyer typed.
What local intent means here
Video work is often booked close to home. A buyer wants someone who can reach the venue, the office or the factory without a long trip. So local intent for a video business is not just a town name in a title. It is posts that answer local questions: where to film outdoors nearby, which venues allow a crew, what permits a council asks for, how travel time affects a quote. HaloSEO writes posts that speak to those questions for the areas you serve. That gives a search engine and an AI answer tool something specific to match against a local search.
How the indexing works
When a post goes live, HaloSEO updates the sitemap on your own domain. Your robots.txt points at that sitemap. That is the whole mechanism. Search engines that check sitemaps can find the new post without anyone submitting a URL. We do not ping Google. We do not use IndexNow. We do not submit URLs to Search Console. If you want those steps done, they are yours to do. We will not claim we did them.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want a guarantee of a ranking, a position or a traffic number. We do not control search engines and we will not promise a date. It is not right for you if you need someone to submit URLs to Search Console or ping Google, because we do not do that. It is not right for a business with no website, since the sitemap lives on your domain. It is not right for you if you want to approve every word before it goes out, because this is an autonomous publishing platform, not a draft tool. And it is not right if you sell on a marketplace only and have no site of your own to publish to.
