Wholesalers
Automatic Indexing for Wholesalers
New posts on your site can be found without you submitting them. HaloSEO keeps a sitemap on your own domain updated as posts go live, and robots.txt points at it.
The phrases your customers search
Wholesalers often describe stock in trade terms. Customers do not. A buyer may search for a pallet of mixed soft drinks, a case of plain white t shirts, or a trade price on cleaning supplies. They may not know the word wholesale is the right one. HaloSEO researches the phrases people actually type, then writes posts around those phrases. The posts use the words your buyers use, not only the words your reps use on the phone.
A worked example
Say you sell packaging to small shops. A post could be titled How to choose box sizes for a small shop counter. It would cover the sizes that fit common shelf depths, how to work out how many you need for a month, and what to check before you order a pallet. It would link to your box size guide and your minimum order page. It would not promise a delivery date or a price. It answers a question a buyer has before they call you.
What local intent means for wholesalers
For a wholesaler, local intent is often about collection and delivery area rather than a shopfront. People search for a supplier near a town, a cash and carry open on a Saturday, or a depot that delivers to their postcode. A post can name the towns you serve and the areas your vans cover, in plain words. It can explain how collection works. It should not claim coverage you do not have. Local intent here means the buyer wants to know if you can reach them.
How the indexing works
HaloSEO keeps a sitemap on your own domain. As each post goes live, the sitemap is updated. Your robots.txt points at that sitemap. Search engines that read robots.txt can find the sitemap and the new posts without anybody submitting a URL. That is the whole mechanism. HaloSEO does not ping Google, does not use IndexNow, and does not submit URLs to Search Console. We do not control search engines, so we cannot promise a ranking, a position, a traffic number or a date.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you need guaranteed rankings or a fixed date for results. We do not offer either. It is not right if you want a tool that pings Google or submits URLs to Search Console, because HaloSEO does neither. It is not right if your catalogue changes daily and every page must be rewritten by hand each week. And it is not right if you will not review what gets published under your name.
