API

The HaloSEO API gives you a direct way to start and follow the work HaloSEO does for your site. You send a request, and the platform researches, writes, publishes, links and builds backlinks on the schedule you set.

Connect your site

The first step is connecting your website. On the Connect screen you enter your domain and confirm ownership. The screen shows the domain you added and a status line that reads Connected once the check passes. When it passes, HaloSEO can read your pages and start the research that feeds every later step.

Research the keywords

After the connection, HaloSEO researches the keywords for your site. The Keywords screen lists the terms it found, grouped by topic, with the pages each one maps to. You review the list and keep the terms you want. The screen shows the count of selected keywords and a button that reads Approve keywords. Approving moves the work to writing.

Write and publish the posts

The Posts screen shows each post HaloSEO writes, with its title, its target keyword and its status. Status moves from Draft to Scheduled to Published as the platform works. You can open any post to read it before it goes out. The screen shows the publish date for each post and the site it will land on. Published posts appear on your site on that date.

Link the posts and build backlinks

The Links screen shows the internal links HaloSEO adds between your posts, with the source page and the target page for each one. The Backlinks screen shows the outreach HaloSEO runs to build links to your site, with the status of each attempt. Both screens update as the work moves, so you can see what has gone out and what is in progress.

If a step needs a second attempt

Some steps can need a second attempt, and each screen gives you a way to run it again. On the Connect screen, a failed check shows a button that reads Try again, and you can re enter the domain and resubmit. On the Keywords screen, you can reopen the list, change your selection and approve it again. On the Posts screen, a post that did not publish shows a button that reads Retry publish, and the platform sends it again. On the Backlinks screen, an attempt that did not land shows a button that reads Retry, and HaloSEO runs the outreach again. Each retry keeps the same record, so the screen shows the new status in place of the old one.
