Managing Workspaces
A workspace holds one website and everything HaloSEO does for it. Here is how to set one up and keep it running.
Start with the website
Open the Workspaces screen and choose New Workspace. The screen asks for your website address and a name for the workspace. Enter the address of the site you want HaloSEO to work on, give the workspace a name you will recognise, and select Continue. The screen confirms the address it has read and shows the name you chose.
Connect and confirm
The next screen shows the connection step. HaloSEO reads your site so it can research keywords, write posts, publish them, link them up and build backlinks. Follow the prompts on screen to finish the connection, then select Confirm. The screen shows a connected status and moves you to the workspace dashboard, where your site and its settings sit together.
Set the workspace up
The dashboard lists the parts of the workspace you can adjust: the site details, the publishing settings and the workspace name. Work through each panel and save your changes. The screen shows a saved note beside each panel once your change is stored, so you can see what has been set and what is still open.
If a step needs a second attempt
If the connection screen does not confirm, check the website address for a typo and select Retry. The screen keeps what you have already entered, so you can correct one field and try again. If a saved note does not appear after you save a panel, select Save once more and watch for the note. Each retry starts from the same screen, with your earlier entries still in place.
Return to a workspace later
The Workspaces screen lists every workspace you have set up. Select one to open its dashboard and pick up where you left off. The name and website address show on each row, so you can find the right workspace at a glance and move between them as your sites grow.
