Publish Your First Blog

Connect your website and HaloSEO researches the keywords, writes the posts, publishes them, links them up and builds the backlinks. Here is the path from a connected site to your first published post.

Step one: connect your website

The first screen asks you to connect your website. You enter your site address and confirm the connection. The screen then shows your site name and a status line that reads Connected. Once that line appears, HaloSEO can read your site and start the keyword research that shapes your first posts.

Step two: review the keyword research

The next screen shows the keywords HaloSEO has researched for your site. Each keyword sits in a list with the topic it belongs to. You read the list and pick the topics you want your first posts to cover. The screen shows a Continue button once you have made your picks, and your choices set the direction for the writing that follows.

Step three: read the drafted post

HaloSEO writes the post for the topic you picked. The screen shows the full draft with its heading and body text, ready for you to read. You go through it and make any edits you want in the editor. When the draft reads the way you want, the screen shows a Publish button, and that button sends the post to your connected site.

Step four: confirm the post is live

After you press Publish, the screen shows the post with a status line that reads Published and a link to the post on your site. From there HaloSEO links the post up with the other posts on your site and builds the backlinks that support it. The screen keeps the post in your list so you can find it again.

If a step needs a second attempt

If the connection step does not confirm, check the site address you entered and run the connection again from the same screen. If a draft needs more work, edit it in the editor and press Publish again when it is ready. If the status line does not read Published, open the post from your list and press Publish a second time. Each screen keeps your work in place, so a second attempt picks up where the first one stopped.
