Careers

Two open roles, both on the creator side. The application is your profile - we watch the work before we read anything else.

UGC Creator

Type
Contract, paid on views
Where
Remote, anywhere. Async, we do not hold standups.
Reports to
The UGC Creator Manager.
Pay
Per thousand views your videos earn across our channels and our paid ads. There is no flat fee per video, so one that travels is worth far more to you than one that does not. Rate agreed before your first brief.

You make short, honest videos about what this product actually does: a business owner opening their dashboard, a blog post appearing on their own website, the boring five-minute setup. Not adverts. The kind of video somebody watches to the end because it is true.

What you would do

  • Short videos to our brief, filmed and edited by you. Usually two to six a month.
  • You use the product yourself before you film it. We give you an account.
  • You write the hook. We have the final say on what runs.
  • Everything you film for us is ours to run, anywhere, for as long as we want.
  • While you are on the roster you do not make videos for a direct competitor.

What we are looking for

  • A profile or reel we can watch. That is the whole application.
  • You can hold a camera and talk like a person, not a presenter.
  • You edit your own work: captions, cuts, sound.
  • You want your pay tied to how well the video does, not to how long it took.
  • Any niche. Trades, agencies, e-commerce and local services are the audience.

UGC Creator Manager

Type
Contract to start, full time once it is working
Where
Remote, anywhere. Overlap with European afternoons helps.
Reports to
The founder, directly.
Pay
A contract rate agreed with you, plus upside tied to what the roster produces. It becomes a full time seat once the roster is producing.

One person builds and runs the whole creator side: finding the creators, training them, briefing them, and keeping what comes back good enough to put money behind. If you have built a creator roster before, this is that job with the numbers to show for it.

What you would do

  • Recruit and onboard the creator roster, and decide who stays on it.
  • Write the briefs, and train creators on the product until they can explain it.
  • Review every submission. Send back the ones that are not honest or not good.
  • Own the calendar: what gets made, by whom, and when it lands.
  • Report on what is working with actual numbers, not vibes.

What we are looking for

  • You have run creators before, and can point at the work that came out of it.
  • You can tell a good hook from a loud one.
  • You are comfortable saying no to a creator you like.
  • You are fine being the only person doing this. There is no team yet, you are building it.

Apply

One form for both roles. Paste the links to your profiles or your reel; that is the part we look at first. No CV, no cover letter, and please do not send us anything you would not want a stranger to watch.

Include your country code.

This is the part we actually look at. A profile beats a CV.

We keep what you send here only to consider you for this role. We do not add you to any mailing list and we do not pass it on. Ask us and we will delete it.

How this goes

We read applications ourselves, in batches, so it is a few days rather than a few minutes. If your work is a fit we will come back to you about a first brief. We only write to the people we want to talk to, so no news within a couple of weeks means it is not this time.

If neither role is you

Write to support@getautopilotseo.com with “careers” in the subject line. Tell us what you would want to work on and point us at something you have made. The work here is mostly on three problems: making generated writing good enough that a business owner is proud to have it on their site, making the publishing side work on the messy reality of other people’s websites, and keeping the whole thing simple enough that somebody who runs a roofing company can set it up on a Sunday.
