Appraisers
Image Generation for Appraisers
HaloSEO draws a picture for each post from the article's own subject, in the style you chose, and hosts it on your own storage. This page explains how that works for an appraisal business, and who it is not right for.
The phrases your customers search
Appraisers often write for other appraisers. Customers write something else. A homeowner searching for help rarely types appraisal report or USPAP. They type what is my house worth, how much does an appraisal cost, or do I need an appraisal to sell my home. A lender's assistant may type appraisal turnaround time. A buyer in a divorce may type appraisal for divorce settlement. HaloSEO researches the words people actually type, then writes posts around those words. The trade vocabulary can still appear in the post, but it does not lead the title or the headings.
A worked example
Say the research finds people searching how long does a home appraisal take. HaloSEO writes a post with that phrase as its subject. The post explains what happens on the visit, what the appraiser looks at, and why the report takes the time it takes. The image is drawn from the article's own subject, so it shows a scene about a home visit and a report, not a generic house icon. It carries no text. It is stored on your own storage, not ours. The post is published on your site and linked from related pages.
What local intent means for appraisers
An appraisal is tied to a property, and a property is tied to a place. People search with a town, a county or a neighbourhood in the query, and they expect the business to cover that area. A post about appraisal costs in one county answers a different question from the same post about another. Local intent also shows up in coverage questions, such as whether an appraiser works in a rural area or travels for a refinance. HaloSEO can build posts around those place based searches. It does not create a location page for every town by default, and it does not claim coverage you do not have.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for an appraiser who wants a stock photo library. The image is drawn for each post and is not a searchable collection of licensed photos. It is not right for anyone who needs words inside the picture, because the image model does not put text in the image. It is not right for a business that wants a person to approve every image before it goes live, since HaloSEO publishes on its own. And it is not right for anyone looking for a guaranteed ranking or a set date for results. We do not control search engines and we do not promise positions.
