Appraisers
WordPress Integration for Appraisers
HaloSEO connects to your WordPress site once and publishes finished posts to it. The posts go out as normal posts, in your own theme, on your own domain.
The words your customers type
Appraisers tend to write for other appraisers. Customers do not search that way. They search things like how much does a house appraisal cost, what does an appraiser do, how long does an appraisal take, and do I need an appraisal to remortgage. They search by town too, such as appraiser in Leeds or house valuation near me. HaloSEO researches the phrases people actually type, then writes posts around them. The trade language can stay on your services page. The posts answer the questions customers bring to a search box.
A worked example
Say you cover residential valuations in Bristol. A post could be titled How long does a house appraisal take in Bristol. It would explain the steps, what the appraiser checks, what can slow a visit down, and what the report covers. It would answer the question in plain English and link to your contact page and your services page. It publishes to your WordPress site as a normal post, in your theme, under your domain. You can edit it or remove it like any other post.
What local intent means here
An appraisal is booked by someone who needs a person to visit a property. That makes location part of the search. People add a town, a district or a postcode to what they type, and they compare a few local firms before they call. A post that names the areas you cover and answers a local question is more useful to that reader than a general page about appraisals. HaloSEO writes posts with that local angle, and links them to each other and to your main pages so a reader can move from a question to your contact details.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want a blog hosted somewhere else. HaloSEO does not host the blog. It is not right for you if you want a plugin to install and maintain, because there is no plugin. It is not right for you if you expect a ranking, a position or a traffic number by a set date. We do not control search engines and we do not promise those. It is also not right for you if you want to hand over the writing and never look at it again. You should still read what goes out under your name.
What the connection does and does not touch
You connect your WordPress site once. After that, HaloSEO publishes each finished post to it as a normal post. It does not change anything else on the site. Your pages, your theme, your settings and your other content stay as they are. There is no plugin to keep up to date, and the blog is not hosted by us. The post lives on your domain, in your theme, and you can edit or delete it whenever you like.
