Appraisers
Google Ranking Automation for Appraisers
HaloSEO connects to your website, researches the keywords your customers type, writes and publishes posts, links them up and builds backlinks. It is an autonomous publishing platform, not another AI writer.
The phrases your customers search
Appraisers often describe their work in trade terms. Customers do not. A homeowner looking for a valuation types things like how much is my house worth, house valuation near me, or cost of a home appraisal. A lender or solicitor may search for a residential valuation report or a probate valuation. The platform researches the phrases people actually type, not the ones the trade uses, and builds posts around those. You can review the keyword list before anything is published.
A worked example
Say your site is given the phrase house valuation near me. HaloSEO writes a post that explains what a valuation involves, what affects the figure, what to prepare, and how to book one in your area. It publishes the post on your site, adds internal links from related pages, and builds backlinks to it. Ninety days later it checks where the post ranks. If it is still not ranking, it rewrites the post in place. It does not touch Google, does not submit anything, and makes no promise about a position or a date.
What local intent means for appraisers
Most appraisal searches carry a place. People want someone who can visit the property, so they add a town, a suburb or near me. That means the posts need to speak to the areas you cover, the property types common there, and the reasons people order a valuation, such as a sale, a remortgage or an estate. Local intent is about matching the place in the search to the place in the post. It is not a guarantee of visibility, and no tool can promise one.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want a guaranteed position on Google or a fixed date for results. We do not control search engines and we will not promise either. It is not right for you if you want to approve every word before it goes live, because the platform publishes on its own. It is also not right if your website cannot be connected, or if you would rather write and publish everything by hand.
