Appraisers

Squarespace Integration for Appraisers

HaloSEO connects to your Squarespace site once and publishes finished posts to it. The posts go out as normal posts, in your own theme, on your own domain.

The words your customers type

Appraisers often write for other appraisers. Customers do not search that way. They search things like how much is my house worth, do I need an appraisal to sell my home, what does a home appraisal cost, and why did my appraisal come in low. They search by town too, such as home appraiser in [town] or property valuation near me. HaloSEO researches the phrases people actually type, then writes posts around them. The trade language can stay on your services page. The blog speaks to the person with a question.

A worked example

Say you work in a mid sized town and cover the surrounding county. HaloSEO might publish a post titled What a Low Appraisal Means When You Are Selling. It would explain why an appraisal can come in under the agreed price, what a seller can do next, and when a second opinion is worth asking for. It would mention your service area and link to your contact page. The post goes live on your Squarespace site as a normal post, in your theme, on your domain. Nothing else on the site changes.

What local intent means for appraisers

An appraisal is tied to a property and a location. Someone searching for an appraiser is usually looking in a set area, often a town or a county, and often with a deadline such as a sale, a refinance or an estate. Local intent for you means posts that name the places you cover and answer questions people have about property in those places. It also means your site should be clear about where you work. HaloSEO writes posts around those local searches. It does not promise a position in local results, because no one controls the search engines.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want a blog hosted somewhere other than your own site. HaloSEO does not host the blog. It is not right for you if you want a plugin to install and manage, because there is no plugin. It is not right for you if you expect a ranking, a traffic number or a date, because we do not control search engines and we will not promise one. It is also not right for you if you want to hand over the whole site. HaloSEO only publishes posts. It does not change anything else on your Squarespace site.
