Appraisers
Wix Integration for Appraisers
HaloSEO connects to your Wix site once and publishes finished posts to it. The posts go out as normal posts, in your own theme, on your own domain.
The words your customers type
Appraisers tend to write for other appraisers. Customers do not search that way. They type things like how much does a house appraisal cost, what does an appraiser do, how long does an appraisal take, and do I need an appraisal to remortgage. They also search by place, such as house appraiser near me or property valuation in their town. HaloSEO researches the phrases people actually use, then writes posts around them. The trade language can stay on your services page. The posts answer the questions buyers and homeowners are already typing.
A worked example
Say you work in a mid sized town and cover residential valuations. One post could be titled How long does a house appraisal take, and what slows it down. It would explain the steps from booking to report, what the appraiser needs from the owner, and why access, paperwork or a complex property can add time. It would mention your coverage area and how to book. The post publishes to your Wix site as a normal post, in your theme, on your domain. Nothing else on the site changes.
What local intent means for appraisers
Most appraisal work is local. A homeowner will not book someone two counties away, and a lender wants an appraiser who knows the local market. So the searches that matter carry a place in them: the town name, the county, the neighbourhood, or the phrase near me. Local intent also means the searcher is often close to a decision. They have a reason to need a valuation now, such as a sale, a remortgage or an estate matter. Posts that name the areas you cover and answer the questions people ask before they call do more work than general advice.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want a blog hosted somewhere else and pointed at your site. HaloSEO publishes to your Wix site, it does not host the blog for you. It is not right if you expect a plugin to install and manage. There is no plugin and nothing to keep up to date. It is not right if you want a writer only and plan to publish by hand. HaloSEO writes and publishes. And it is not right if you need a promised ranking, a traffic number or a date. We do not control search engines and we will not promise those.
