Appraisers

Internal Link Builder for Appraisers

HaloSEO links each new post to three to five of your earlier posts, on the phrase the target was written to rank for. It also goes back to older posts and links them forward to new ones.

The phrases your customers type, not the ones the trade uses

Appraisers talk about scope of work, highest and best use and reconciliation. Most people looking for an appraiser do not. They type things like how much does a home appraisal cost, what does an appraiser look for during an inspection, or do I need an appraisal to refinance. HaloSEO researches the words people actually search in your area and writes posts around those. The trade vocabulary can still appear in the post. It just does not lead.

A worked example

Say you already have a post on what an appraiser checks during a home inspection. HaloSEO writes a new post answering how long a home appraisal takes. In that new post, one sentence might read: the inspection itself is usually the shortest part, and our guide to what an appraiser checks covers what happens in the house. That link sits on the phrase the older post was written to rank for. The older post then gets a line pointing forward to the new one. No link is forced. If the sentence does not read naturally with it, the link is not placed.

What local intent means for appraisers

An appraisal is tied to a property and a market. Someone searching for an appraiser is usually searching for one who covers their county, their town or their type of property. That changes the posts worth writing. A page about appraisal turnaround times in your county, or about what a lender needs from an appraiser in your state, speaks to a person with a real address. HaloSEO builds the internal links between those local posts so a reader who lands on one can find the others. It does not buy links and it does not link out to sites we do not publish to.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want a set number of backlinks bought for you. We do not buy links. It is not right if you expect a ranking, a position or a traffic figure by a set date. We do not control search engines and we will not promise that. It is not right if you want to approve every sentence before it goes live, because the platform publishes on its own. And it is not right if you have no earlier posts to link to yet. The internal linking works from the posts you already have.
