Appraisers
Schema Generator for Appraisers
A tool that builds JSON-LD for a page and refuses to emit a type whose required fields are missing. You paste the output where you need it.
The phrases your customers search
Appraisers often write for other appraisers. Customers do not search that way. They search things like how much is my house worth, do I need an appraisal to remortgage, how long does a home appraisal take, and what does an appraiser look at. A homeowner with a probate valuation or a divorce settlement searches in plain words about their situation, not in trade terms. The schema tool helps you mark up the page you write for those searches. It does not choose the keywords for you.
A worked example
Say you write a post called What to expect during a home appraisal. The page answers the questions a homeowner has before the visit. You run the page through the schema generator. It builds the JSON-LD for the article and checks the required fields. If a required field is missing, it refuses to emit that type and tells you what is missing. You fix the field, run it again, and paste the finished JSON-LD into the page. Nothing is added to your site for you.
What local intent means for appraisers
An appraisal is tied to a property in a place. People search with a town or a postcode attached, because the value of a home depends on where it is. A page that talks about your area, the property types there and the local process matches that intent better than a generic page. Local intent also means the searcher is often close to a decision. They want a person who covers their street, not a national brand. Your pages should say where you work and what you value.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want schema added to your published posts automatically. It does not do that yet. It is a tool you paste the output from, so someone has to do the pasting. It is also not right for you if you want a writer to produce the posts, or if you expect a ranking, a position or a traffic number from it. We do not control search engines and we do not promise any of those.
