Data Analytics Firms
Internal Link Builder for Data Analytics Firms
HaloSEO writes posts for data analytics firms and links each new one to three to five earlier posts on your own site. The links go on the phrase the post was written to rank for.
The phrases your buyers type, not the ones the trade uses
Data analytics firms tend to write for each other. The pages talk about data maturity, semantic layers and governed self serve. The people who sign the contract search in plainer words. They type things like how do I stop my reports disagreeing with each other, or who can build our dashboards without hiring a team, or why is our data warehouse so slow. They search by the problem and by the tool they already own. HaloSEO researches those phrases first, then writes the post around one of them. The post is built to answer the question the buyer typed, not the term the industry prefers.
A worked example
Say a firm wants to rank for the phrase why do our sales and finance numbers not match. HaloSEO writes a post that walks through the common causes: different source tables, different date cutoffs, manual spreadsheet fixes that never got replaced. The post links to three to five earlier posts on the same site, each on the phrase that post was written to rank for. One link might sit on a sentence about dashboard definitions, pointing to an earlier post on agreeing a single definition of revenue. Another might sit on a line about slow warehouse queries, pointing to a post on query performance. Later, HaloSEO revisits older posts and adds a link forward to this new one, again only where the sentence reads naturally with it.
What local intent means for a data analytics firm
Analytics work is often sold remotely, so local intent is easy to dismiss. It still shows up. Buyers search for a data consultancy in a named city, or for someone who can visit the office, or for a firm that knows their sector in their region. They also search by the regulator or the reporting standard they answer to, which is local in practice even when the words are not a place name. HaloSEO treats those phrases as targets in their own right and writes posts that answer them. It does not create a location page for every town, and it does not claim a local presence you do not have.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for a firm that wants links bought for it. HaloSEO does not buy links. It is not right for a firm that wants links to other people's sites, because it only links to pages we publish to on your own site. It is not right for a firm that wants a fixed number of posts a week with no research behind them, or one that expects a ranking or a date promised in advance. We do not control search engines and we will not pretend to. If you want a writer that produces text and leaves the linking to you, this is more than you need.
