Tax Preparers
Internal Link Builder for Tax Preparers
HaloSEO links each new post to three to five of your own earlier posts, on the phrase the target was written to rank for. It also goes back to older posts and links them forward to new ones.
The phrases your clients type, not the ones the trade uses
Tax preparers talk about engagements, filings and compliance. Clients type other things. They type how much does it cost to file my taxes, can I claim my laptop, what happens if I file late, do I need to bring my receipts. They type questions about a side job, a first year of self employment, a move to another state. HaloSEO researches the words people actually use in search and in AI assistants, then writes posts around those words. The trade vocabulary can stay on your services page. The posts go after the plain questions.
A worked example
Say the research finds that people search for can I deduct my home office if I rent. HaloSEO writes a post on that phrase and publishes it. It then links that post to three to five of your earlier posts, using the phrase each of those posts was written to rank for as the anchor text. So the new post might link to your earlier pieces on the simplified method, on shared workspace rules and on what records to keep. On the same pass it revisits older posts and adds a link forward to the new one, but only where the sentence reads naturally with the link in it. No link is forced into a paragraph that does not need it.
What local intent means for a tax preparer
Most of your clients are within driving distance. That changes the shape of the search. People look for a preparer near me, an accountant in a named town, someone open on a Saturday in the weeks before the deadline, someone who can handle a return for a client who moved in from another state. Local intent also shows up in the questions, because state rules differ and people ask about their state by name. HaloSEO writes posts around the questions your local market asks. It does not create a location page for every postcode, and it does not claim a map listing or a local ranking. What it does is publish the posts and wire them together so a reader who lands on one can find the others.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want links bought for you. HaloSEO does not buy links. It is not right if you want links placed on other people's sites, because it does not link to sites we do not publish to. It is not right if you expect a ranking, a position or a traffic number by a set date, because we do not control search engines and we will not promise one. It is not right if you have no website or only a handful of pages, since the linking works from your own published archive. And it is not right if you want to approve every sentence, because this is a publishing platform, not a draft generator.
