Appraisers
SEO Dashboard for Appraisers
A dashboard that shows what HaloSEO published for your appraisal business, where those posts rank, and whether your blog is still on its cadence. It is a read only view of work already done.
The phrases your customers search
Appraisers tend to write for other appraisers. Homeowners and lenders search in plainer words. They look for things like how much does an appraisal cost, what to expect at an appraisal, why did my appraisal come in low, and how long does an appraisal take. HaloSEO researches those phrases for your area and builds posts around them, so the words on your site match the words people type.
A worked example
Say you cover residential work in a mid sized city. HaloSEO might publish a post titled What to Expect at a Home Appraisal, written for a first time buyer. It would explain the visit, what the appraiser looks at, how long it takes, and what happens after. The post would link to your services page and to a related post on appraisal costs. The dashboard would then show that post, where it ranks, and whether it went out on schedule.
What local intent means for appraisers
Most appraisal searches carry a place. People want an appraiser near them, or they want to know what a local market looks like. That means the posts need your town, your county and your coverage area in them, and they need to answer questions people ask about property in that area. HaloSEO builds the posts around your service area rather than writing generic national content.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want to approve every post before it goes live. HaloSEO publishes on its own. It is also not right if you expect a guaranteed position on Google, or a set date for results. We do not control search engines and we will not promise a ranking. And if you want a tool where you queue up work yourself, this is the wrong product. The dashboard is read only.
