Internal Link Builder for Business Coaches

HaloSEO links each new post to three to five of your earlier posts, on the phrase the post was written to rank for. It also goes back to older posts and links them forward to new ones.

The phrases your clients type, not the ones the trade uses

Business coaches often write for other coaches. That is not who pays you. The people who search are usually owners and managers with a problem they can name. They type things like how to stop losing clients, why my team misses deadlines, how to price my services, or how do I grow without hiring. They rarely type coaching framework or transformational leadership. HaloSEO researches the words your buyers use, then writes posts around those. Each post is built for one target phrase, and that phrase is what the internal links point at.

A worked example

Say the target phrase is how to stop losing clients. HaloSEO writes a post on the reasons small firms lose clients and what to change first. It then links that post to three to five of your earlier posts, using the phrase each of those posts was written to rank for as the anchor text. If you already published a post on client onboarding, the new piece links to it on that phrase, in a sentence where the link belongs. HaloSEO also revisits the older onboarding post and adds a link forward to the new one. Nothing is bought, and no link points to a site we do not publish to.

What local intent means for a business coach

Most coaching searches are not local. Someone in Leeds will read a post written by a coach in Bristol if the advice is good. But some searches are local, and those are the ones worth a page of their own. People search for a business coach near me, or a coach in a named city, or a coach who works with a named industry in that city. A local page should say where you work, who you work with and how someone books a call. HaloSEO can write those pages and link them to your advice posts, so a reader who lands on the local page can go deeper. We do not promise that a local page will rank in a map pack or anywhere else.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want links bought for you. HaloSEO does not buy links. It is not right if you want links from other people's sites, because it only links to sites we publish to, which in practice means your own. It is not right if you want a guaranteed position, a traffic number or a date, because we do not control search engines and will not promise one. It is also a poor fit if you have no site yet or only a handful of posts, since internal linking needs earlier posts to point at. And if you would rather write everything yourself and only want a link tool, this does more than that.
