Churches
Shopify Integration for Churches
HaloSEO connects to your Shopify site once and publishes finished posts to it. The posts go out as normal posts, in your own theme, on your own domain.
The words your congregation types
People do not search for the words a church notice sheet uses. They type what is on their mind. They search for a christening near me, a church to get married in, a food bank open today, a toddler group on a Tuesday, or a quiet service I can bring my mum to. They search for a hall to hire for a birthday, a bereavement service, or somewhere to go on Christmas Eve when the family is away. HaloSEO researches those phrases for your area and writes posts around them, so the words on your site match the words people actually use.
A worked example
Say you run a church with a hall and a midweek baby group. HaloSEO might write a post called Where to Take a Baby on a Wednesday Morning in [your town]. It would cover the group, the time, the cost, the buggy access, the car park and the nearest bus stop. It would link to your hall hire page and your service times. It would publish to your Shopify site as a normal post, in your theme, on your domain. Nothing else on the site changes.
What local intent means for a church
For a church, local intent is most of the search. Someone looking for a wedding venue will not travel far. A parent hunting for a baby group wants the one at the end of their road. A family arranging a funeral wants a church near the crematorium, and they want the answer today. That means the post has to name the place, the street, the day and the time. It has to answer the question in the first few lines. HaloSEO writes for that, and links the posts together so a reader who finds the baby group post can find the hall hire page next.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want a blog hosted for you. HaloSEO publishes to your Shopify site and does not host anything. It is not right if you want a plugin to install and manage, because there is no plugin. It is not right if you expect a ranking, a position or a traffic number by a set date, because we do not control search engines and we will not promise one. It is not right if you want someone to write your sermons, your notices or your pastoral letters. It writes posts that answer search questions. It does not do the work of a minister.
