Commercial Real Estate

AI Search Optimization for Commercial Real Estate

Commercial tenants and investors now ask assistants which broker or landlord to call. HaloSEO writes the pages that answer those questions, then checks whether the assistants name you.

The phrases your customers type, not the ones the trade uses

Your trade says Class A, cap rate, NNN, LOI, absorption. Your customers say office space near me, warehouse for rent with loading dock, how much does a shop unit cost per month, who manages this building. HaloSEO researches the words people actually put into Google and into assistants, then writes for those. The trade terms still appear where they belong, but they are not the hook. The opening lines answer the plain question first.

A worked example

Say you lease small units on an industrial estate. A customer asks an assistant: what does it cost to rent a small warehouse unit. HaloSEO would publish a post titled something like What a small warehouse unit costs to rent, and what is included. The first two lines give the answer shape: rent depends on size, location and lease length, and here is what a typical unit includes. Then the post covers service charge, deposit, fit out, access hours and who to contact. It ends with a clear next step. No invented prices, no invented tenants.

What local intent means here

In commercial real estate the location is the product. Nobody searches for an office, a unit or a yard in the abstract. They search by town, by business park, by road, by station. That means the pages have to be built around places, and around the questions people ask about a place: is there parking, what is the transport link, what businesses are already there, what is the local planning situation. HaloSEO writes those pages and links them together so a place page and a property type page support each other. It also measures whether assistants name the business when asked those local questions, by putting the questions to them and recording which sources they cite.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want a guaranteed position on Google or a guaranteed mention in an assistant. We cannot make an assistant cite anybody, and we do not submit anything to an assistant. It is not right for you if you expect leads next week, or if you will not connect a website with enough substance to write about. It is also not right if you want a tool that only generates text for you to edit. HaloSEO is a publishing platform that researches, writes, publishes, links and builds backlinks, and it measures what assistants say. If you need a promise of a ranking or a date, this is the wrong product.
