Commercial Real Estate

AI Visibility Reports for Commercial Real Estate

HaloSEO asks the assistants the questions a Commercial Real Estate customer would ask. It records whether you were named, what was said, and who was named instead.

The phrases your customers type, not the ones the trade uses

People looking for space rarely write like the industry. They type things like office space to rent near me, how much is a small warehouse unit, or who do I speak to about a shop lease. They ask whether a unit has parking, whether the lease is flexible, and how long the process takes. HaloSEO researches the words that show up in real searches and in the questions people put to assistants. It builds the keyword set from those, not from the vocabulary on your brochure. The report then shows which of those questions returned your business and which returned someone else.

A worked example of a post it would publish

Say you let small industrial units on an estate. A customer asks an assistant: what should I check before signing a short warehouse lease. HaloSEO would write a post that answers that question directly. It would cover the length of the term, what is included in the service charge, who handles repairs, and what notice you need to give to leave. It would name the estate and the unit sizes you actually have. It would link to the relevant page on your site and to any related posts on the same estate. The post answers the question in plain terms. It does not promise a position in any assistant's answer.

What local intent means here

Commercial property is almost always a local decision. A business wants a unit it can reach from where its staff live, near a motorway junction, or inside a named town. So the questions carry place names: office to rent in a specific town, warehouse near a named road, retail unit on a named high street. HaloSEO treats those place names as part of the keyword work. The report shows whether you appear when the question includes the area you serve, and which local competitors appear when you do not. It measures what the assistants say. It does not tell the assistants anything.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want a guaranteed position on Google or a promised date for results. We do not control search engines or assistants, and we will not claim a ranking we have not measured. It is not right if you want a tool that only writes text. HaloSEO publishes, links and builds backlinks as well, and if you want to keep publishing by hand this is more than you need. It is also not right if you cannot connect your website, because the research and the reports start from your site.
