Commercial Real Estate

Schema Generator for Commercial Real Estate

A tool that builds JSON-LD for a page and refuses to emit a type whose required fields are missing. You paste the output where you need it.

The phrases your customers search

Commercial real estate buyers and tenants do not talk like the trade. They search for office space to rent near me, warehouse units with loading bays, how much does a retail unit cost, or a broker by the area they want. They search by property type, by size, by location and by budget. The trade says Class A, cap rate, triple net and absorption. Most of your customers do not. HaloSEO researches the words people actually type, then writes posts around those words. The schema tool then builds the structured data for the page you publish.

A worked example

Say you let industrial units in a business park. HaloSEO might publish a post titled Warehouse Units to Let Near [your area]: What to Check Before You Sign. It would cover unit sizes, loading access, power supply, lease length and parking. It would answer the questions a tenant asks before they call. The post would link to your listings page and to a page on lease terms. You then run the page through the schema generator, which builds the JSON-LD and refuses to emit a type whose required fields are missing. You paste the output into the page yourself.

What local intent means here

Commercial property is local in a way that most sectors are not. A tenant will not move a distribution operation across the country for a slightly cheaper unit. They search within a radius they can actually operate in. That means the area name belongs in the page, in the heading and in the structured data. It also means a page about office space in one district will not serve a search for office space in another. Local intent for commercial real estate is about the specific street, district, town or motorway junction, not the region as a whole.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want schema added to posts you have already published. The tool does not do that yet. It builds the JSON-LD and you paste the output in yourself. It is also not right for you if you want a guarantee of a ranking, a position or a traffic number. We do not control search engines and we do not promise any of those. And it is not right for you if you want a writer that produces text with no research behind it. HaloSEO researches the keywords, writes the posts, publishes them, links them up and builds the backlinks. The schema generator is one part of that, not the whole of it.
