Commercial Real Estate

Shopify Integration for Commercial Real Estate

HaloSEO connects to your Shopify site once and publishes finished posts to it. The posts go out as normal posts, in your own theme, on your own domain.

The words your tenants and buyers type

Commercial real estate firms tend to write for the trade. They say Class A, cap rate, NNN, LOI, absorption. The people searching often do not use those words. A small business owner looks for office space near me, or a unit to rent on a main road, or how much it costs to lease a shop. A landlord looks for a tenant for a warehouse. A buyer looks for a building for sale with parking. HaloSEO researches the phrases people actually type, then writes posts around them. The trade terms can still appear in the post. They just do not lead.

A worked example

Say you let units on an industrial estate. HaloSEO might research and write a post titled How much does it cost to rent a small warehouse unit. The post would cover what the rent usually includes, what a service charge is, what a deposit looks like, what a lease term means, and what to check before you sign. It would be written in plain English and published to your Shopify site as a normal post, in your theme, on your domain. It would not promise a ranking. It would give a searcher a straight answer, which is the point.

What local intent means here

Commercial property is almost always a local search. A business moving into an area wants a unit it can reach, and it searches by town, by road, by postcode or by the nearest big landmark. That means the useful posts are tied to places. Office space in a named town. Warehouse units near a named motorway junction. Retail units on a named high street. A post that answers a local question can be found by someone who is already close and already looking. HaloSEO writes those posts and publishes them to your site. It does not host the blog, does not need a plugin kept up to date, and does not change anything else on your Shopify site.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want a guaranteed position on Google or a set traffic number by a set date. Nobody can promise that, and we do not. It is not right for you if you want a blog hosted somewhere else, or a plugin you maintain yourself. It is not right for you if you want a writer you brief by hand on every post. It is not right for you if your site is not on Shopify, because the connection is to Shopify only. And it is not right for you if you expect the tool to change your listings, your prices or your theme. It publishes posts. That is the job.
