Courier Services

AI Search Optimization for Courier Services

Courier customers ask assistants short, practical questions. HaloSEO writes pages that answer them in the opening lines, then measures whether assistants name your business.

The phrases your customers search, not the ones the trade uses

Courier businesses talk about same day networks, final mile and consignment tracking. Customers do not. They type things like how much to send a parcel across town, who can pick up a package today, or why has my parcel not arrived. They ask assistants the same questions in full sentences. HaloSEO researches those phrases and writes for them. The trade vocabulary still appears, but it sits behind the plain question the customer actually typed.

A worked example

Take the question: how late can I book a same day courier. A post for a courier business would open with the answer in the first two lines, for example the cut off time for bookings in the areas the business covers, stated plainly. The rest of the post covers what happens after the cut off, what the customer needs ready at pickup, and how tracking works. It ends with the questions customers ask next, each answered in a line or two. HaloSEO writes the post, publishes it, links it to related pages on the site and builds backlinks to it. The opening lines are written so an assistant can lift the answer without reading the whole page.

What local intent means for courier services

Almost every courier search has a place attached to it. Customers search by town, by postcode and by route, and they expect the answer to be about their area. A page that says we deliver nationwide answers nothing. HaloSEO writes pages around the places a courier actually serves, with the pickup area, the drop off area and the timing stated in the opening lines. It also measures whether assistants name the business when asked those local questions, by putting the questions to the assistants and recording which sources they cite.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for a courier business with no website, or one that cannot publish new pages. It is not right for anyone who wants a guaranteed position on Google or a guaranteed mention in an assistant answer. HaloSEO cannot make an assistant cite anybody, and it does not submit anything to an assistant. It writes, publishes, links and measures. If you need a promise about rankings or dates, this is not the product for you.
