Courier Services
Content Calendar for Courier Services
A content calendar for a courier business should be built from what customers type into Google, not from what the trade calls things. HaloSEO builds that plan from keyword research and publishes to it.
The phrases customers search, not the ones the trade uses
Courier firms talk about same day collections, final mile and consignment volumes. Customers type something else. They search for a parcel to be picked up today, how much to send a small box overnight, or a courier near me that takes bikes. HaloSEO researches those phrases and builds the plan around them. The trade vocabulary can still appear in a post, but it does not lead the plan.
A worked example
Say the research shows people searching for sending a parcel from one UK city to another by tomorrow. The plan would hold a post on that subject, written in plain English, covering what to have ready at collection, how the parcel is tracked and what happens if nobody is in. The post links to the relevant service page and to other posts on the plan. HaloSEO writes it, publishes it and builds the links. The plan decides when it goes out, and you can move it up the queue.
What local intent means for courier services
A courier is a local business before it is anything else. Most searches carry a place in them, a town, a postcode district or a route between two places. That changes the plan. Posts need to name the areas served and the routes covered, because that is how the search reads them. A post about next day delivery means little on its own. A post about next day delivery from a named town to a named city matches what someone actually typed.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for a courier business with no website, because there is nothing to connect. It is not right for someone who wants to approve every word before it goes live, since the platform publishes on its own. It is not right for a business that wants a fixed ranking or a date for page one. Nobody can promise that, and we do not.
