Content Calendar for Real Estate

A content calendar for a real estate business should come from what buyers and sellers type into search, not from a list somebody fills in by hand. HaloSEO builds the plan from keyword research and holds it, so you can see what goes out and when.

The phrases your customers search

People looking for a home do not search the way the trade talks. They type things like houses for sale near me, how much is my house worth, what are the schools like in this area, or how long does it take to buy a house. They search by street, by suburb and by school catchment. A calendar built from keyword research starts with those phrases. It does not start with the words agents use with each other.

A worked example

Say the research shows people in your area search for how much is my house worth. The calendar would hold a post on that subject, written for your patch, covering what affects a valuation and what a seller should have ready. It would link to your valuation page and to a post on what to fix before viewings. The plan decides when it goes out. You can reorder it or push the subject to the front if you want it sooner.

What local intent means here

In real estate, almost every search has a place attached to it. Nobody searches for a three bedroom house in the abstract. They search for one in a named town, near a named station, inside a named catchment. That means the calendar has to work at the level of the areas you actually sell in, and the posts have to speak to those areas. A post about the whole country is of no use to a buyer who will only move two miles.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want to write the posts yourself and use a tool only to schedule them. It is not right if you sell nationally with no local focus, because the research is built around the places your customers search for. And it is not right if you need a guaranteed position on Google. We do not promise rankings, traffic numbers or dates. We do not control search engines.
