AI Visibility Reports for Real Estate
HaloSEO asks the assistants the questions a buyer or seller would ask, then records whether your business was named, what was said, and who was named instead.
The phrases your customers type, not the ones the trade uses
Real estate has its own language. Agents say listing presentation, comparative market analysis and buyer representation agreement. Buyers and sellers rarely type any of that. They type things like how much is my house worth, is now a good time to sell, best areas to live near good schools, and who should I talk to about selling my flat. HaloSEO researches the phrases people actually search in your area, then writes posts around those phrases. The trade words still matter for some searches. The plain words matter more, and they are the ones most agents never write for.
A worked example of a post we would publish
Say you work in a town with a popular school catchment. A customer question might be: what is it like to buy near the school and is it worth the extra cost. The post we would publish answers that question directly. It covers what buyers ask about catchment distances, how school places are allocated, what the extra cost tends to look like in that area, and what to check before you offer. It links to your other posts on the same area and to your contact page. It is written in plain English, with short sections, so a person can skim it and an assistant can quote it. We do not promise that an assistant will quote it. We write it so that it can be.
What local intent means for real estate
Almost every real estate search has a place attached to it. People search by suburb, by postcode, by school, by commute, and by street. That means the same question has many correct answers depending on where the person is standing. A post about selling a two bed flat in one suburb is not the same post as one about the next suburb over, even if the process is identical. HaloSEO treats each area as its own subject, with its own questions and its own pages. The AI visibility report shows you which of those local questions named your business, and which named someone else.
What the report shows you
The report is a measurement, not a ranking. HaloSEO asks the assistants the questions a customer would ask, records whether your business was named, what was said about it, and who was named instead. The assistants are not told anything by us. We do not feed them your details or ask them to favour you. What you get is a record of what a customer would see on the day we asked. Read it as a check on your presence, not as a score.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want a guaranteed position on Google or a promised number of leads. We do not control search engines and we will not pretend to. It is not right for you if you want a report you can file and never act on, because the point of the report is to show you what to publish next. It is not right for you if your business has no website, since there is nothing to connect. And it is not right for you if you want to be told you are winning. The report will sometimes show that a competitor was named and you were not.
